  Well suited to long cellaring.
"We were impressed with the complexity and Médoc-like mouthfeel. We're very happy to encounter a wine with layers of flavour and savoury, rather than sweet fruit, characteristics, that isn't hammered by new oak. It wouldn't be favoured by big-company show judges, but we like it."

.......Cheers, Lester Jesberg (Editor, WINEWISE; November, 1998)    Sold out.

VINTAGE CHARTS

We recommend that any of our red table wines should be cellared until they are between 5 and 15 years old (from their label vintage date).
Our wines are not filtered, and have not been fined (with eggwhite, fish products or milk products),
so they are full flavoured and will develop considerable complexity with careful cellaring (at constant temperature).
