VINTAGE CHARTS
Our Traminer is best consumed in its first 5 years while retaining youthful floral tones along with the full lychee flavours.
We
recommend that any of our red table wines should be cellared until they are
between 5 and 15 years old (from their label vintage date).
Our wines are not filtered, and have not been fined (with eggwhite, fish
products or milk products),
so they are full flavoured and will develop considerable complexity with careful
cellaring (at constant temperature).
